This is the second time review because I realized a sales person's lies after purchasing. I purchased Honda Prologue via a sales person named Gavin Escobar and a sales manager named Nelson on July 25th, 2025. Purchasing an electric car was the first time, thus I asked a lot of functions about this car. But I found out four of his explanations were wrong, especially one of them is crititical for safety. The advisor left me feeling confused about my actual wait time and service. Vehicle intake was done with a communication of my headlights not working but no follow up information given nor cost. For the amount of time I stayed there waiting, that could have been done. The advisor stated he had to go to lunch and was more focused on leaving than communicating the concerns with my car. Jonathan was wonderful since the beginning the way he created us walk us through. We were just going to shop around. Not making a purchase. We wanted, but not at the moment, but he explained everything so well, so good and walked us through. Very happy, very polite and wonderful, and I don’t remember the gentlemen in the financial department, but he was quick fast and cover everything. We are very happy.
