Went to their event hoping to win something & got their gift card that you use on a site & you have to pay shipping and handling anyways!!!!! Ridiculous
Wouldn't take a wagon there for service .... after over a year they finally get recall parts in ... ok not their fault ... was to take 2 days took a week ... ok not their fault .... dropped challenger off in pristine condition and got it back covered in sprinkler water .... they never called to say it was done ... had to chase them every day .... treat my car like a piece of shit ......will never see another penny of my money ....
This dealer service department is be far the worst i have ever been to. Let see you be the judge. Let see here are the facts. So many chiefs standing around and swapping numbers the best way to screw over a customer. A customer who came back when their lease was up. A lease that we only used half the mileage on. A lease in perfect condition that you will be able to sell and make money off. But did you give us any credit for it. Fool us once shame on you. Fool us twice Shane on me. You won't see us a third time!
I stopped in and Frank greeted me at the door. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Great experience and I will definitely but my car from him as soon as I'm ready.
The "Customer Service" here is horrible!! Wish we would have never given them our business when we purchased our 2016 Jeep Wrangler! We had a terrible experience with their Salesman & Finance manager. Took 3 weeks for them to get their s**t together and finally get us our new Jeep. The Galeana Jeep dealership is full of the most incompetent, unorganized, rude group of people I've ever met. Besides the 3 people I know who work there, you know who you are, I'm NEVER buying another car from this place. Sad because this is the 5th car I have gotten from them. They have zero regard for their customers, no matter how loyal.
