Terrible. I will never shop here again. Typical salesmen just doing whatever they can to get a sale and they forget about you once you do buy a car. Took me three temp tags and a now expired plate to even get in touch with them, when they said they would send me the tag in the mail, here I am today now having to drive two hours with an expired plate to pick up my new one. I do love my car though. thanks

Tried to buy my 3rd car from them recently using my own financing. They wouldn't use the lender because it wasn't worth it to them. Disgraceful

Bought my car at Labelle dodge, BIG mistake, now it's here getting serviced and they are treating me MUCH better!! I recommend buying ur vehicle from them and nobody else... Definitely not Labelle Dodge!!! George and Tim in service are excellent and proficient. THANK YOU GALEANA!!

When my husband and I went to trade his jeep in (which is paid for), the dealership gave us an offer that was insulting. When we told him that was an insult, he says we going to give you a check for $6,000. My husband walked out and I said to him, you really have insulted us. The guy says what did you want then. I explain what happened when I went to Palms and traded my truck in. You should have at least offered him $10,000 back & the new vehicle. He says you need to go to Palms then. I've had fords,Chevrolet, gmc. Even Isuzu. But the service department at this place is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. It's like the blind leading the blind over there.

Bought my new vehicle here yesterday. I had Larry as my sales rep and Eric as the finance manager, and both of them were extremely pleasant to work with, and not one bit pushy or trying to sell me on more than I wanted. If I said no to anything, that was that. I've never dealt with such ease at a dealership. I got a great deal and would strongly recommend Galeana.
