Made an appointment a week in advance, I showed up early in the morning, they have now have my truck for 2 days and it hasn't even been looked at Very poor service, Will never return to this Dealer
I love there new commercial dept I would tell all of the businesses in sw Florida they know how sell commercial and small businesses trucks,promasters,andcab and chassis trucks so when u r ready to get great deal go and ask for daniel,tony,david,and Pete for ur commercial trucks and vans and great deal.
Met Dakota at the topless Jeep show on May 20th...called him and left messages no less than four time in two weeks and never got a return call back...you guys blew it...Naples Jeep asked for a second chance and I dropped my 2015 wrangler off today...they are totally redoing the service department...you guys are clueless....

I went with my brother to buy a challenge and it was a amazing experience . I had a knowledgeable salesman and the service department was outstanding. I wish more places treated there customers like this
I won't get into details but below sub-par service. I had to rate 1 star because there isn't a half star to choose. As someone who has 20 years experience in the automotive dealership field, 14 years being service, I can't say anything good about my experience and I won't be returning. If you do decide to visit the service department, keep your expectations low, that way there won't be any disappointment.
Service Department is a joke. Disgusted. Disappointed. Never Again purchase a new vehicle from here. I've bought 5 over the last 25 years. Sad Sad Sad.
