Very poor customer service in the service department. 2017 Jeep 4 door wrangler we purchased brand new from Galeana and we are already having issues with it. The steering wheel bearing and shaft had to be replaced and the ignition. The ignition took them 2 times to fix and i have a bad feeling its still not right. purchased two vehicles within the last year from this dealership. My salesperson AL Ges was ver knowledgeable and gave us a great deal.
Went there for an oil change today and they stole $4 out of my car. Like seriously? I left it inside my console for the toll back. Only way to get to it was to open it up. Guess what I didn’t have for the toll. Don’t think they need to go in there for an oil change. Lost a customer for life for $4. They must be really hurting.
I purchased my used car about 10 months ago and it has been one of the worst cars I have ever owned. I doubt if they ever serviced the car before selling it. I purchased the warranty and everything that goes wrong is not covered. I had to have the car in the shop almost every other week for module issues which they covered at first. But after 3 months it felt they got tired of hearing from me. With the amount of money I have spent on repairs I could have purchased a new car. I contacted this dealership on Tuesday afternoon about a particular car they have in stock. I live over two hours away, so I want to work out the numbers on a lease before taking that long drive. It's now been over two days, and the sales manager I've been assigned to isn't even responding to my texts. Glad I decided not to just drive down there... I guess the poor review average is justified.
Couldn't get to work thanks to these "wonderful" employees blocking the only lane since the main road was closed due to a downed power line. One told me they didn't care!!!
