Bought (and are still paying on) a used jeep from them. NEVER AGAIN!! We have had NOTHING but issues! Wish we would have never went in there! Warning to all, DONT GO TO GALEANA!
My personal experience here was absolutely unprofessional, demeaning, and included being downright disrespected as well as disrespect for other family members with me. I will most certainly be buying a Jeep here soon, but will not buy from galena due to the experience I have had with them. I wish everyone who goes here the best of luck, but please do not get your hopes up to be welcomed with overwhelming great customer service by all means.
They are very curious! I did not have an appointment, but they put my Jeep in the shop right away and found my problem and corrected it and I was out with in an hour. Great service! My advisor Ben is awesome!

I found my car here, and drove all the way from Ocala to purchase. Allen and Chick were fantastic in helping with this purchase and trade in. They had everything ready for us when we got there and was exactly as they said it would be. We had an unforeseen battery issue after purchasing the car and getting home. I did not like their sales tactics to begin with, when I bought this car. And then at 6000 miles when my whole navigation and AC panel when out. They told me it would be 3 months before I could make an appointment to come in. worst sales and service experience ever. so thankful for the new chrysler dealership on Pine Island Rd. i never have to come back here
