Got a call about a great Easter weekend deal that sounded too good to be true. I attempted to call to schedule an appt to look at a Jeep Wrangler and trade my Chrysler Town and Country. No answer in sales. Drove up there on Sunday since there were Sunday hours on the webpage and there was an "Easter" weekend sale only to find the dealership closed. Stay away from this place. Had my car for weeks in service without fixing it, General Manager (think the name is Scott, couldn't tell..... RUDE sales lady) won't pick up the phone.
While the repairs to our Jeep Renegade did take a little longer than anticipated, Samson in the Service Department and John Merrill made it right. Thank you!
We have always had great service at their service shop. We drive there from Naples (instead of using the one in Naples) because we love their service department. They are fast, efficient and reasonibly priced. We were just there for a recall on our two Dodge Durangos. We even traded in and bought a new Dodge Durango that day. Worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I run a shop, and am not allowed to fix my car because it would void the factory warranty. After having my 2017 dodge journey back 4 times I still have all my original problems. I just hit 7k miles on it, and they wont return my calls or help me in any way all I hear is we will get back to you, with no return calls or text... The service here is TERRIBLE! I call all week to try and make an appointment with the service dept. nothing but voicemail and no return call. So I physically go and try to make an appointment and the guy hands me a card to call after 1 because he’s going on lunch. I’m not calling. I’ve tried that. So I was forced to be rude and ignorant and parked in the express lane. Guess who FINALLY got an appointment?!?!?! Ridiculous that I have to go that far to simply make an appointment!
Made a service appointment 2-14-2018 for 3-7-2018 for 3 recalls. Showed up at my appointment and told should be a couple of hours. 6 pm and no call about my jeep and I only got voicemail When I call in. Show up 3-8-18 after having to miss work due to no call from service advisor. I get the keys and my center console is broken. Now they have to order the part and have to keep my jeep for days, when the recall should have been a few hours. Piss poor service never go there. This is by far, the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in all my life of buying and leasing cars. From sales, to service, to leasing and turning back the lease, every step of my three year relationship with them was a nightmare. Just a few things to note: we specified which car we wanted, they got the car from a dealership in Miami. When it arrived, it didn't have all of the features we asked/paid for.
