This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went last weekend to look at a 2018 Pacifica. Rudy is the salesperson that helped me. He was friendly, professional, and personable. He really listened to what my husband and I were looking for, and was never pushy at any time. I called him today to see if I could come in to get going on the process. Worst service ever my Jeep was towed there today and after 5 calls nobody can tell me if they have it if they looked at it all 5 people said the world call back and nothing. Now tomorrow not knowing how to get to work or even if my Jeep is there.

Just a heads up about this dealership. They post online one price and advertise for that price. However, don’t be fooled the moment you click to inquire about the vehicle and the price they have listed they will bombard you with phone calls and emails once you ask them about what they are advertising online they all of a sudden state the price was an “error”. Waited for 8 hours for my van door to be fixed, with two little kids. I was told 3 hours, which turned into 8!!! They did nothing for me!!! Only cut me a little break! I think it’s beyond ridiculous you treat your costumers like this!!!! The lady at desk was amazing! Called on her own personal phone to try and figure something out!!
