The service department is becoming such a joke. A few months back I had a bad experience with the service tech Jorge I shrugged it off as a fluke. Today I take my truck and get the same service tech Jorge who advised me that the oil change was going to be $160. I talk to the service desk who advise it would be 110 which I agreed-upon would be OK. I received a call advising it would in fact be $160 I picked my vehicle up call Cape Coral Dodge they have buys a oil change would cost $93. The incident before this was Jorge advis... read more

Service Department terrible. Constant lies, lack of communication during time you had my truck. Was told the seat cover was replaced. That was a lie also same seat cover still on, same problems still exist. Service representative told me that the interior is not sprayed with the initial package I bought when purchased. Total lie again! Try talking to the Sales Manager!!! Service representative said they would never pay to have this redone anyway. Told me to find my salesman try to get him to pay. Horrible place! Wouldn’t buy a lawn mower here. Shady, bait and switch and no good salesmen. They want to rape you on interest rates. Wanted a new wrangler and they had leftover 18’s that they think were still worth sticker price on a year old already vehicle.
