In regards to the service department along with the parts department I’ve had multiple Bad experiences with them I highly don’t recommend them they are very cocky and rude and only are looking for customers that are willing to lay down while the overcharge you and hit you over the head with ridiculous prices the minute you ask them any questions about what you’re paying for or what type of services are needed they get defensive in my experience that’s due to dirty dealing

Took a Jeep Renegade for an oil change and the next day we started noticing an oil burning smell. Got home and noticed oil drops on the ground where the jeep parks. Checked the oil drain plug and it was tight. Found oil dripping off the frame above the oil pan so we popped the hood. The entire left side of the engine covered in oil. The source was the oil cap was never pit back on the fill neck!! The oil cap was on the frame next to the hood latch. Took pictures of everything and will be paying them a visit tomorrow...

Wasted of time .Worked out a deal. Went back the next day and they said the car was vandalized and couldn't make the deal.
