Thank you so much Rob and to the entire team that helped me get into the exact gladiator I wanted. You guys went above and beyond my expectations I could not be happier with the process start to finish! Rob is so awesome I drove from Delaware (about 1,300 miles) specifically to purchase a Jeep from Rob. Thank you thank you thank you!

Like Chrysler since the 90's....like my T&C....and the service team at Galeana...the granula bar and fish biscuits and water at the lounge were FAB.

Angelo and kristi in finance took care of us when no one else in the area could. We had a blown up van and they made sure we got the best deal possible and one trip to the dealer. I’m so so Thankful for this new car family we have! Joseph and Bethany Freer

This review is regarding the Service department. I have a 2008 Dodge Caravan. The ignition module needed to be replaced. It is a recall that I did not know about and the car would no longer start. Someone told me go here even though I live in Naples. I was okay with since the car needed to be towed anyway, until Claudia in the service department wanted me to call an 800 number to make sure my key fobs worked after they replaced the ignition module. Don't bother getting the bumper to bumper warranty just gifted dodge $3000. I've attempted to use it twice. You have to pay to find it if you could you use it. It's ridiculous.

I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership and service manager reminded me of this in one of our conversations. I was also not happy about the fact that they charge more service hours than other dealerships in the local area and when working with a warranty company they also remind you that its not there preferred or the one they sell. I would not recommend this service department to anyone! I made an appointment for August 8th for my 2013 right handed drive Jeep Wrangler to have 2 recalls repaired and I also wanted them to repair my power left handed mirror because it was not working properly. That morning at 9am I dropped off my vehicle and the Advisor told me he would call me with a price on the mirror and get the recalls repaired.
