I had originally gone to the Naples dealership , who did not fix the issue and were incredibly rude...twice. So I tried Galeana Chrysler. I had Dwayne who was great. The issue took awhile to fix, but by no fault of the dealership, they had to communicate with corporate it to find the issue. They stuck with it, fixed the issue and it was covered under warranty!! Super happy to have a properly working car!! Thank you, Dwayne!!
