My salesman AL Auletta listened closely while I explained what I was looking for, then he provided the Jeep Renegade that checked every box! The whole Galeana team made me feel like family and Al patiently walked me through using all the high tech electronics in my new Jeep. I love my new Renegade and really appreciate everyone at Galeana for making my purchase a pleasure. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to go to Galeana for their next vehicle purchase, and to ask for Al Auletta.
Without any doubt this is the worst car dealership in the USA. Regardless of which state you live in, avoid this dealership at all costs. They will take your money, screw up paperwork, and then make you suffer for their mistakes. Most USED CAR DEALERS IN THE USA are more honorable than they are. When you have issues the General Manager hides and will not accept calls. No Customer Service skills and shoddy clerical and sales staff.

Completely False Advertising! Why do companies lie to get you in the door and then pull the bait and switch...? And based on there incredibly bad customer service and ratings... they will not respond. They only respond to the good reviews and do not acknowledge horrible management, misleading advertising, and an overall bad client experience.
I’ve been angry all night. Tell me if I’m wrong...I walked out on a truck deal yesterday @ Galeana Chrysler because once I looked at the paperwork, they had the FULL price of the truck rather than the agreed upon price & the guy was shady about it saying “I didn’t see it was an out the door price”. These people will do anything to get you to sign papers for a new vehicle. Empty promises. Also, make sure you check internet pricing before signing anything. They will pull you through the ringer. We purchased two vehicles in the last 14 months from this dealership and both are paid off. We won't be coming here for a third. There are plenty other dealerships.
