Cassie in the service department was great and helped me get a tire replaced. The tire delivery was delayed and I was given a loaner car so I wouldn’t miss work. Thanks everyone at Galeana. Btw—-love my Chrysler 200. Fabulous car with great gas mileage.

Run, run as fast as you can away from this dealership. They owe my daughter $500 and will not refund her. This was for the hold fee that they said they would return to her once she purchased the vehicle. Pulling teeth is much easier and less painful. Our only option now is to let our lawyer take over. If no stars were an option to rate them, that's what I would have given them. Also, they didn't tell my daughter about the problems the vehicle had such as having only one key fob and the fob only worked sometimes.

I brought my 2012 Dodge Journey in for a recall. Upon arrival I asked approximately how long it would take to complete the recall since I live 30-40 mins away. The service tech stated it should take about 2 hours and insisted that I stay around and wait. Being told it should only take about 2 hours to complete I didn't see any point in leaving and coming back later in the day. I had waited for almost 6 hours before my car was complete, and if i would've known that it would take so long I would have left and came back for it.

Their service is horrible. If they can’t recreate your problem they have no clue what to do. All they ever do is update the software. Two years later still same problem. I don’t think any of their so called mechanics know how to open the engine hood and LOOK for a possible problem.
