We had an awesome experience during the buying process. By far the best. Our jeep after a little over a year got a hole in the top. We took it in and they will not cover it under warranty. Some guy in the service dept said there were some straps we were supposed to use and the tech from over a year ago said he put them in the jeep. I am pretty sure he did not remember doing that. I wonder if their Marketing Department reads these reviews... I have been a loyal Galeana customer for over 10 years now. My 2013 Durango had to go in for work that was covered under my insurance. It's now been 30 days and they STILL don't have the parts in. My insurance will not cover my rental car anymore, and Galena won't give us a loaner. We have tried calling them repeatedly - asked for the GM and was told he will call us. Five days later and he has NOT called back, and they will not give a definitive date when the work... read more

Thank you for an excellent service experience! Even immediately post-Hurricane Irma, I was able to have my vehicle towed, repaired, and serviced in a timely fashion. Samuel was excellent, thorough, and efficient. He means business and even ensured that I received a loaner vehicle despite the post-storm vehicle and gas shortage. Chris was also excellent at communicating regarding the progress of my vehicle. He made himself readily available during the process via text message and phone. They had to order a part, but did so very quickly, got my van rescheduled for early the next morning, got it fixed and I was back on the road. I appreciate the time and effort given to my van.
