I wish I could give a 0. There service department absolutely sucks. My mom has been back and forth with her jeep and they've made her spend so much money on shit that hasn't fixed the problem with her jeep it's ridiculous. Even when she went somewhere else and they called jeep and told them what the problem was they didn't even follow the other places call they did something totally different that cost a grand and didn't fix crap. Yesterday went in and purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, they worked with me and did whatever it took to earn my business. Salesmen was great and so was the finance manager. Thanks again!
Loved our Salesman Aniel and the financial adviser that helped us get into our new van. Getting our tag transfer was a little stressful but it is finally worked out
Galeana has the worst customer service!!!! You have been warned!!! They will pass you by to make a quick buck even though you have appointment to buy a car. Trust me I work in retail and will pass this on to all my customers.
WORST dealership in the area. Nothing but problems!
We have been driving around since Nov 25 with a tag that the salesman transfered to our new car. Found out today, they got a new tag, did not transfer. I have been been calling and leaving messages since Jan 18 and not one returned call. From the reviews I am reading, I am not the only one screwed up. Going Monday morning to get my new tag, not paying one more cent, our old tag was still good for 5 months.
