I have modified my review because Galeana made up for the service problem by giving me a good deal on a newer Jeep Wrangler. Thank you because you have made me a good customer for the long term. Derrick is an EXCELLENT sales person. They broke the bolt when replacing my water pump and wanted me to pay $2400 to repair it.

Comprsr un auto nuevo 2015, y solamente te dan una llave pq supuestamente la otra se rompio o perdio, Galeana dice no hay problema te mandamos a hacer una sin costo, todavia la estoy esperando, Desde abril. Esperando por una llave. No recomiendo este dealer es una mierda

My sales person was the ONLY good thing about my experience. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT buy from these ppl again!! I got screwed out of over $500 bc they did not send my paperwork for purchase so I could get my refund for GAP insurance from my trade in. I contacted them at least 4-6 times b4 I finally actually got the purchase invoice. By then it was past the 90 day time frame in which I had to get my GAP refund!!! On top of that there sales mgr is an arrogant SOB! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!!'n

I had by far the best car buying experience here last night! I was in and out within an hour and had the most amazing customer service! No one tried to rush me into a car and made sure they helped me find the perfect fit. Couldn't be more thankful!

They called me in for a recall last January for my airbags to get replace.. Now I get a letter from Galena about the same thing.. WTF now my horn doesn't work.. They telling me it's my fault.. Worst dealer in the city..

I bought my 2013 Durango at the end of February. We had to bring it in 2 weeks after purchasing for the breaks squealing and grinding. They changed the break pads and rotors and I was advised by my service tech that my car was never inspected before even putting it out on the lot!! So they then did a cross inspection and told me everything was good to go. Going back a bit, I expressed my concerns about it not being inpected from the get go and having issues down the line.
