Brake booster failure, 2 recalls on booster, alternator recall, no parts. The earliest they can get to my Jeep is 9 days from now. Is this how customer service is supposed to be?
Told one thing from a customer rep than I went there I was told different.
Power train warranty is worthless Gods Chrysler does not stand behind their product they will look for any little excuse to get out of anything never buy a Dodge again
My experience with Galeana Jeep service department was really horrible, lack of professionalism and empathy. My car was damaged during service visit and can't get anybody to fix it.
