Bought a Jeep Commander in 2009 from this dealership and purchased it specifically for the LIFETIME Powertrain Warranty. It now has 80,000 miles on it and the dealer tells me I have no warranty after 36,000 miles and to call Chrysler myself. Randy a "supervisor" at Chrysler tells me I have no warranty because I did not have an inspection at 5 years. We were never notified about this inspection by the dealer OR Chrysler. A complete SCAM. I was looking at the Grand Cherokee Diesel but I will NEVER buy a Chrysler product again.... read more

We had a problem with our paperwork the day after we signed to buy a used car. After we looked at the paperwork, we found a mistake, we took it back to the dealership and the USED CAR MANAGER was VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL and got to the bottom of the problem quickly and CORRECTED it!!!! We have leased 2 other cars from sales associate, Roger Fletcher!! Roger is just SUPER!!! I definitely recommend him!!
Just want to give a shout out to Billy England the shop foremen here.. He took great care of my vehicle and went out of his way to help fix a problem that was caused by some other repair shop..I just went for oil change but was treated great .. Thanks to Billy England..:) Shirley Bennett
