Friendly, courteous and speedy. Our Salesman, Bill Sizemore, had definately gone above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new vehicle. Not only did he find the right vehicle for us, but he made the experience memorable with his good humor and full knowledge of the car that we had purchase. Very displeased with the deceptive behaviors of multiple employees... The car is great however some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with... I will never buy another vehicle nor will I refer anyone to this company ever... All good to push you into a car but don't want to help once the paperwork is signed... Friendlys because they had the 2017 kia soul plus in blue, very few in the area. I live in Sarasota there are not any in our area yet. I contacted kia on line first, they set me up with a phone rep first, she talked to me found out what i was looking for, she talked to her manager, and got back to me with a price that I agreed on. Went up the next day, saw the car met a wonderful sales person, finished the deal and was home with new soul 6 hours later great experience.
