I was very impressed with everyone at this dealership. When I first walked onto the lot, I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase a KIA Soul or not. I had heard great things about them; but, I had never even ridden in one. Therefore, I had no experience with the Soul. My salesman, Tom Smith, was so helpful. Had a wonderful car purchase experience at Friendly Kia. Our sales rep, Lazlo, was outstanding. Friendly (no pun intended), knowledgeable, he really wanted to help my daughter to get the vehicle she wanted, and he got it done!! Laz, Brian (manager) and PJ in finance were absolutely great. We actually had a good time while completing the sale. 100% percent recommend this dealership and the awesome team they have working there!!!

The financing department is very shady and it seems the sales force is in Cahootz with them. Initially Financing was only available to my daughter that I was cosigning for at about 5.25%,despite my 800 + credit score. We declined the Gap insurance initially to salesman but when we got in front of the finance guy and declined Gap insurance again , we were asked why. From the time I bought my car 5 years ago, I have received nothing but friendly service. No pressure in the sales process, no formulaic scripts when buying. Service has been great. When I had an issue with the dashboard, they gave me a loaner for 2 weeks. Now they wash the car after any service.
I just purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro form Friendly Kia and this was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Jamie (in sales) was the best and always kept in touch with me. She worked hard to make sure I was treated like a family member and that I was happy. I have been sick for the past week and I was unable to go pick my car up.
