Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed about each step of the purchase. They gave me a ride to the dealership, despite me living a significant distance away, and generally went out of their way to make the experience as convenient as possible.

I had horible experience 2 1/2 hours at that HUGH Kia place, grilling my every $Numbers, wanting more $down wanted to old a check for 30 days... Bought our first Soul yesterday from Reggie Washington. Very nice guy. We told him what out budget was, what kind of car we were looking for, and he made it happen. I had a time constraint as I had to be to work, and he got us in and out quickly and on our way in a beautiful new car !!! Thanks again !!!!
If they followed up properly they may sell more. Poor follow up on a bird dog!!!!!!!! Handed them a sale and they screwed it up!!!!
I came into the Friendly Kia in New Port Richey and i loved the treatment from Don, Tim and carl. They made me and my family feel appreciated and very welcomed. They didnt beat around the bush they as honest and upfrontThe general manager Don worked hard with me and my fiance getting us approved for the car we wanted and to make me feel even more warm and cozy he fed my children.
