The salesman, Brian Ferdinand, was helpful without being pushy and was able to answer my questions about the Kia Soul. He was considerate and did not try and rush me into making a decision. He also spent quite a bit of time going over the car with me and making sure I knew how everything worked before we left.
The Sales Team worked very hard to find me a car and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I especially want to give a big thank you to Don Mullis, Matt Cogswell, JonMichael Coakley, and Vince Angelotti. I could not have done it without them. Great team they have over at Friendly Kia. Anyone looking for a car, I will make sure to refer them!
They messed up my paperwork and essentially gave me the wrong car. Didn't catch it till 5 months later and are treating me like it's my fault. They told me it's not their problem and wanted me to sign papers with white out without even going over them. When I asked to keep a copy to go over before I sign they told me no and tried forcing me to sign the papers. When I tried to call and speak to a manger about all of this they wouldn't let me speak to either of the managers I asked for. Will definitely never buy a car from her... read more
The salesman was great. I end up paying way to much for my Kia Rio do to fuzzy math. When we went back 2days later the lady who did the contract refuse to meet with us. Another gentleman came to try to explain why a 17,000 dollar car was much more. We ask to have a copy of the total amount and was told they were going to email us the copy. They never send the copy a paper with the total amount on it. FUZZY MATH. We have bought many nissans and we will go back to them.
