Just took delivery of my second Kia from Friendly Kia. Easy, painless sales and finance experience. Big enough to offer many choices of models, small enough to give personal attention to servicing their customers. I never feel like I'm just another number on the sales board, only to be forgotten after the deal is done. And dropping by and having the car washed and vacuumed at no charge is a nice touch. I heartily recommend Friendly Kia.

Bought a 2016 Kia Soul on 5/17/16. Anthony Russo and Jonmichael Coakley are fabulous! The entire staff is patient, professional and courteous. Very unprofessional sales man, the car they had posted on the website was not for sale when I got there it couldn't pass inspection. I don't get why they would falsely advertise a car with low miles for a great price that's not really for sale. I guess it just goes to show you that they really can't be trusted. The sales person that I unfortunately got lost a sale because of his mistreatment of women. I decided to get a new car for the price and warranty but after 5 minutes with him I walked away.
