First off, I would like to say "Friendly" Kia is a misconception, more like "Backstabbing, Lying" Kia. My parents were planning on surprising me with my dream car, an 06 Hyundai Santa Fe. My mother talked with the sales person on the phone, she had given him her credit card number to make a down payment, and was on her way to the dealer when she received a call from the manager, saying the car had already been sold. I saved thousands buying my new Sorento at Friendly Kia, I highly suggest everyone shop online before buying, best deals are always on the Internet!!
I was treated badly like I was a low life piece of sh it and I walked out.
Update: We had a bit of a communication breakdown on cancelling my warranty initially, but John Gillis reached out to me and got everything all sorted out. Great job going above and beyond to help out a customer! Thanks for all of your help.
