This dealership is the biggest waste of time EVER. I submitted an inquiry online and spoke with Jamie she said I was pre approved for an optima and told me to come in to get the paperwork started and filled out. I told her I didn't want to take off work unless I was for sure going to get the vehicle I wanted. I get there and they couldn't approve me because of I would be upside down ( understandable ) I was told I needed to look at a lower priced car to meet the criteria. After my experience tonight and reading some of the other reviews, it is very clear that this dealership will say whatever is necessary to get you in the door. Like others I drove over 2 hours with the intent to purchase a specific used car. I spoke on the phone and emailed with one of the managers more than once before making the drive. Ken Mleczko took great care of us. Black Friday and the place was slammed, but Ken took the time to test drive 3 models before we decided on a 2016 Forte. No hurry, no pressure. Came back with a better interest rate than we expected. Left with a 2016 and a payment we can afford. Ken was referred to us by my daughter who he also took great care of. Best experience that I have ever had with a new car dealer. Friendly KIA is great, but Ken Mleczko took it to an another level of exceptional service. Thanks Friendly KIA and Ken!
I went in late last night (sorry again guys) and was greeted with a warm welcome by Mike. He started to give us a little info and we told him we were refered to Vince by our family.
