Ray Schemkes where amazing they made my experience one that I will always remember. They went beyond the normal job duties of a dealership. Awesome experience! My salesman Robert was great! He wasn't pushy at all. In fact, when it was discovered that the Sportage that I went to purchase was already sold, he asked if I had considered the Soul. He suggested I drive it, which I did and I loved it. I never thought I'd like a Soul. I have always driven bigger vehicle. The best part...he could have tried to convince me to go up in price to get a different Sportage, but he respected my budget and suggested something even less experience. Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. I located a nice looking used car online for my 68 year old mother and called the internet sales manager to inquire about the car before we travel 2 1/2 hours one way to make the purchase. I specifically asked if it had been smoked in. If it had, I indicated that we would not be interested. The internet sales manager said she went out and checked the car and it was smoke free. A huge disappointment...I spoke with a Jamie over the phone and explained to her the huge disappointment I had with city kia in orlando and she told me don't worry we will take care of you. I explained to her that I live in kissimmee 2 hrs away and I didn't want to drive all the way over the for no reason, and guess what I did. I was waiting over 2 hrs for them to figure out a bank to approve to here them day well we have some banks but we have to wait the next day because they are closed.
