Ray Schemkes where amazing they made my experience one that I will always remember. They went beyond the normal job duties of a dealership. When it came time to sign the paper work for my car they came to my house to do the finishing touches. I never once in my life thought a dealer would go so far to help some one out. Awesome experience! My salesman Robert was great! He wasn't pushy at all. In fact, when it was discovered that the Sportage that I went to purchase was already sold, he asked if I had considered the Soul. He suggested I drive it, which I did and I loved it. I never thought I'd like a Soul. I have always driven bigger vehicle. The best part...he could have tried to convince me to go up in price to get a different Sportage, but he respected my budget and suggested something even less experience. Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. I located a nice looking used car online for my 68 year old mother and called the internet sales manager to inquire about the car before we travel 2 1/2 hours one way to make the purchase. I specifically asked if it had been smoked in. If it had, I indicated that we would not be interested. The internet sales manager said she went out and checked the car and it was smoke free. A huge disappointment...I spoke with a Jamie over the phone and explained to her the huge disappointment I had with city kia in orlando and she told me don't worry we will take care of you. I explained to her that I live in kissimmee 2 hrs away and I didn't want to drive all the way over the for no reason, and guess what I did. I was waiting over 2 hrs for them to figure out a bank to approve to here them day well we have some banks but we have to wait the next day because they are closed. We have had a AMAZING EXPERIENCE here we came in with negative equity on our car, and a car that was no longer okay for our newborn, needing a newer car but knowing with the negative equity it would be extremely hard to get the car we want with the payments we needed, BUT Laz the salesman made sure he got us close to the number we can handle, he truly seemed like he cared about getting us to were we needed to be for our new family great salesmen, Don the manager made the deal happen and we are forever greatful that we are dr... read more
