The salesman was very rude. He drove us over to look at a Soul, but almost threw my mom off the back of the golf cart. He refused to stop and let us look at the cars. He drove back to the office and again almost threw my mom off. He was rude. The online sale price was deceptive and the salesman said, they all do that. That doesn't make it right. I'm disgusted with this experience.
Had Danny help my mother and then myself out with cars that fitted the perfect price, perfect specs and perfect payment plan. He was a gent and a scholar and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to speak with Danny Harrison.

Very professional staff. Service department is quick, I was in before my appointment time and on my way less then 30 minutes later.
We walked in as negative Nellies not expecting much ...but WOW the WHOLE staff treated us like family and still does today. I was skeptical about the Kia Soul.. I didn't want to be known as the hamster lady...but you ask me now and I'd say... "Best car ever and I woudn't trade her". Thank you Friendly KIA for keeping us on the road and keeping us safe.

I leased a car just shy of a year ago. Have had a great experience with my car until yesterday. There was something in the road that I ran over and it sliced my tire. Ok, change the tire.....pulled over , opened the trunk to get said tire, and much to my amazement there was NO spare, or tools to even change a tire. What there was, was a small air compressor. So I called Kia and got the number for roadside asst. they informed me the cars don't come with spares anymore, I need to be towed!!! WHAT??? Never had a clue there wasn... read more
