Pleasantly surprised with our new Kia purchase. Lived up to name "Friendly". Stellar professional service with an outstanding selection of vehicles. A hidden gem in the crowded competitive NPR market.
Went for a free brake inspection and service bulletin for steering. Made appointment online but wasn't showing in their system (not a problem though). Mike from Massachusetts was my serviceman and he was prompt and very thorough. Also got the free car wash they offer when you come in for service. I would definitely recommend them for sales and service.

Very clean and welcoming waiting area, nice touch with snacks and coffee, and great staff as always. Very friendly staff and never too busy to answer even the smallest of questions! I've been a satisfied customer for 6 years!

Spent 1 week getting approved and speaking with a few different people before I made the 2 hour drive from Lake Wales. My husband and I are both employed with proof of income, and everything was set to go until I got there.. it was one story after another of why they couldn't help me because I am 10-99 and do not file on w2.. Made very little sence to me since 2 of my drivers at work both financed with this dealer the same pay format as I presented, along with bank statements and other income documents. Purchased a brand new Kia Sedona today and this by far, was the best experience I have ever had!!! Joe DiMaggio was really helpful and was so on the ball. Best salesman ever! I would give Friendly Kia a 10 if I could!
