Friendly Kia's service dept should be the trainers for ALL Kia dealerships in the USA. I'm from out of town [middle Tn.] 700 miles away and this is the second time in 6 months that I have had an emergency! They all took great care of me and my dog and my car, both times WE arrived unannounced during pm rush. They truly care about people, customer or not and the love shows. Thank you Friendly Kia!!
Shout out to Bill Seizmore, Don the Man, and the service department. I bought a Kia Soul, as is, no warranty. Three days later she stopped. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism by every single person at this dealership! They explain every step to you, there are no hidden agendas like other dealerships! They are honest and up front, and answer any and all questions that you may have. I honestly will never go to another dealership to buy a car! If you need a car, this is the place! Everyone in the service department is great and helpful. Have bought 3 vehicles there and have never had poor service.
Do not do business with this dealership. Their salesmen will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale but don't follow through. I brought my daughter there in Sunday to look at a car, but it sold. The salesperson, John A, made production of showing us a similar car that came in on trade but hadn't been looked at yet. He made a point of saying "none of the other sales guys would think to come back to see what had come in" and that it would be priced out and ready by the next afternoon, and he would make sure we were the first to look... read more
