We had a wonderful experience with Joe Vickers and Joe DeMagio. Both were friendly and did everything possible to be sure we got the deal we wanted. The finance manager was also wonderful and expedited our paperwork so we could get out of there because the customer before us had taken a lot more time than they expected. It was a fantastic experience all around. I will go back when I get ready to trade in my Kia again. Love my Kia Forte and Love Friendly Kia dealership!
We went to their website and priced a Kia Sorento EX and were given a VIP Price. We read the fine print, and it said you have to add a dealer cost of $ 799 and dealer option of $ 1,899. When we called the internet sales person we were told that was the out the door price adding those two figures. Since we live about 35 miles away, we told them we did not want to drive all the way there and have our time wasted. Have always been treated courteously. They send me e mails to remind me of my scheduled service appointments. Needed service is always explained and they respect my opinion. Usually service is completed before I think it should be and my stay is short and comfortable. I love my Service Guy "Scott".

Bill Ely has helped my father in law with his two kia's and has gone above and beyond for him so my husband and I decided to go on a whim and go there this past weekend to see what he could do for us.
