Shady ran my credit when I was already pre approved...
Unorganized and they aren't truthful! Pulled in the parking lot had to ask a guy if he worked there he didn't approach us, then text drove a suv, we sat there for hours haggling the price and wanted to leave to get something to eat and come back but our sales person said we couldn't because we would lose our spot then this couple walked in and they took them before us after waiting 3 hours. The customer service is over the top. I brought it in for miner stuff, then I was told some other stuff need to be done. I was asked if I would like to me an appointment or if I had time to do it right then. I was so grateful I didn't have to make an appointment. I do recommend them to everyone looking for a deal and over the top customer service. Thank you for all you do.
