Love Friendly Kia. I had a single bad visit when getting service done and boom, they were on it pronto. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and what they did to gain my trust again. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND HAS HORRIBLE, UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES TRYING TO RUN THE PLACE! Do not attempt to by anything used in their lot as they are not interested in earning your business. They lie about financing and cannot even locate the vehicles advertised. When it comes to trying to get you the best deal possible they can't nor do they even try. My daughter's Kia Soul had a dead battery. I called to see if it was under warranty. It was. It was Saturday at 3 pm. They close at 4. I called Kia road side, and was told it could be 45 minutes. They were there in 20 minutes. I made it to Kia at 4:55. They were ready to go home. But stayed and replaced the battery. Mikayla ( service manager) and Kevin (the tech) were wonderful and fantastic. Friendly KIA was exactly as its namesake, Friendly!! It was our 3rd dealership in the same weekend (July21-22nd) and my wife and I were exhausted with the search for a car. Then we met Craig Burns.
