World class customer service. I'm very happy with my new Forte. Internet support help from Crystal was a big factor with me deciding to purchase from Friendly Kia. Also their prices were well below the competition. I don't think there is anything negative to say. Everything went smoothly. Keep up the good work guys.

Nice people and nice car. There were a couple things the sales person should have told us about prior to us signing all the paperwork. There was no spare key fob and the car is a 2016. When I asked the salesman about this he informed me I would have to pay $100 for a spare key fob. This was only disclosed AFTER all the paperwork was signed. The car was not detailed properly but it was late and everyone wanted to leave for the night.
John Schmidt is incredibly unprofessional. The rest of the dealership may be fine but if they hire leaders like him, I doubt it.

I use the car washing area. The very very best car wash from Clearwater to Port Richey. I have two very nice cars and can't find a better car wash. Staff is wonderful.
Go in and see for yourself. I just purchased my Kia from them last week. I went in told them what my credit score is, where I wanted my payments around, how much I had to put down, and what I wanted. Explained I had to be to work in 2 1/2 hours. Not only did I get what I wanted, the salesman came to my job with the paperwork THAT NIGHT and I was able to sign and have my car that same night. I would give a zero if I could. We went to their "free" car wash and someone stole $10 out of car. The kid was supposed to "walk us to our car to look it over" before we left and all he did was open the building door for us and hand us the key...gee I wonder why!?
