Broken windshield 2015 corvette convertible got it back from an oil change and found a crack in the windshield I believe they lifted it wrong because it was a stress crack on the inner glass not out side
Awesome Customer Service I purchased two cars from Friendly Chevrolet within the last two years (2016 Malibu and a 2018 Camaro ) and in both instances, my salesman Derrick (Binky) made sure that he had our best interest at heart! he was very patient and made sure that we were getting the best bang for the buck! Friendly Chevrolet is a very fitting name because the associates really are very friendly!
Quality Saleswoman Went in here on a whim afterJessica Catalan convinced me to come . I sure am glad I did she got me a great deal and has delivered the best service I’ve ever received from a dealership. I hope all my future experiences will be this pleasant. She sets the bar high.
BAD!!! Bad Customer Service! I had to ask my salesman for his name (Chris). He didn’t ask for my name until he filled out an information slip, then cut me off and said “let me just see your license”. I initiated all conversations & questions, which he was unable to answer most. They will run your credit multiple times without permission. I came in with a preapproval from Capital One, but was told that if I financed through them I would qualify for an additional rebate. I told Chris, that I really did not want my credit hit a... read more
