Lack of Communications I contacted Perla (sales person) and made an appointment to view a car that was advertised. I was driving up to Dallas from Houston. I asked her to call me if she needed to contact me. Several days before I made the trip, the car was sold. No one called me. No one emailed me. No one texted me. Oil change In and out under 45 minutes (with appointment). They rotated tires and washed my Tahoe. Very nice experience!
2017 Chevrolet Impala My ongoing experience with with Friendly Chevrolet has been beyond horrible. My radio has not worked since March, my transmission has jerked since the purchase, the brakes squeal and no one seems to care or be able to fix what should be simple issues.

Tried to buy new truck but treated terribly Tried to buy a new truck, gave info for trade in and filled out credit application. After that the communication was terrible. I have never had a dealership not try and push a sale. I could not get a status on the deal or what was going on. After finally getting a hold of somebody well after 24 hours they said I got approved and I was like I knew that. But after the terrible communication I decided to call it off and go a different route. Worst I've ever been treated by a dealer

Friendly Chevrolet a necessity unfortunately I bought a car where I was sped through the process. I wasn't buying the Camaro. Bought the Cruze. I didn't get the tutorial to tell me all about my car just a quick 3 minute, here it is. I've taken it back to get major repairs done the last being over $1600 and each time, I didn't even get a car wash. The work has been good but don't expect polish or customer service. Granted, there are much worse dealerships out there.
