Bad service This place is just full of liar, well most of them. Had some repaired done thru a insurance company and the guy that received my claim acted as if he was paying the bill(body shop). Just today I had an appointment to fix my A/C, they could not get me a loner car because I don’t have their prefered insurance. So now I need to get a rental to be able to leave my truck to get fixed(3-5days). The bad thing about it is that this is the place were I bought my truck. Worst experience in car buying in 31 years Read through the reviews online and there are several 1 out of 5 scores pertaining to Friendly Chevrolet not keeping their word honoring price and not being on time when they said they would be. This is the worst experience in 31 years of car buying. I have bought around 24 cars in my life and never had an experience this bad. Enjoyed my process Came in looking to purchase a new vehicle. Was skeptical after reading reviews however once I arrived I was greeted instantly by Fredy. He sat me down and found out what I was looking for and connected me with my new truck. Showroom was very clean & other sale persons were very friendly.
Very slow, inconsiderate I first dropped my vehicle off in may for 3 repairs, fog lights, oil sensor, and a squeak in the rear left suspension. They fixed the first two issues but the squeak was never fixed. I was charged over 3000 dollars. I brought it back a second time. They changed the shox that time but the squeak was still there and was even notated by my technician. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Advertised a brand new Trax at 12,999. Contacted dealership to see if available and they confirmed it was. When arrived at dealership, salesman stated vehicle had been totaled 2 weeks ago and not available! So mad that they lied to us and wasted our time on a hot summer day!
Place was a JOKE . They advertise a price to get you in the door just to lie and say they dont have it. Will not honor the website pricing.
Horrendous Customer Service Was looking for a new Camaro....internet salesman David Mata messaged me with pricing. I asked him from the very beginning if the pricing was legit. He assured me that the price I'd locked in for $29999 was legit. I was willing to fly out for the car if the price was right. I allow them to run my credit...finance manager comes back with a BOGUS interest rate of 6.98 percent thru capital one.
