Bait and switch pricing . Worst ever. Stay away! Went to buy a Chevy Cruze. They flat-out said they would not honor the price they listed on their web site. They would not honor the price listed on cars.com. Heck, they even had the same discount painted on their front window but they said, no. Shady, shady, shady. They showed me two other cars, but for both, they came in with a price that was literally thousands more than what they were advertising on their web site. Awful customer service Awful service. Bent my license plate, gave me the wrong key for my tires, and service helpers were not helpful at all. They were very sarcastic when I asked for help.

Worest Customer Service. The day after Memorial Day I came this dealer for oil change nd transmission flush. it was my first time to stop and get a service. After they finished the service they pulled the car in the front of the customer pick up and call me to the pay service fee which was $720.00 I paid and got my keys and get my car to go my next business meeting but I mmediately noticed my AirPods are not in the charger. Not Happy Salesman was very helpful. But after I bought vehicle about 3 days later noticed that they only replaced rear tires a d not front so now I have two different brand of tires. If your not going to replace all tire so they are all the same brand then why even bother. Every dealership I have ever done business with have always .ade sure they replaced all tires to have the same brand. So I am extremely disappointed in that! So be aware!

LIARS FRAUDS FAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They advertised a LT 2500 on cars.com and there own website for a certain price. I was texting Antonio to lock the deal down while I was texting him he said oh man another person is interested and that the truck just sold. they post a car and change the prince when u call posted a camaro on cargurus for $17360 2018 white ls coupe. i was ready to fly from Amarillo with cash (check) i called to confirm gave them their stock number and they said it was over $22,000. in my opinion that is unfair and mainly unfair to their competitors since they got the lead spot on cargurus

Liar Liar don't trust them My Camaro was towed to Friendly Chevrolet to be repaired. Geico total out my Camaro.Friendly contacted me about buying a new car .I got a quote online to buy a new Camaro. I go to purchase the new Camaro they added 2,000 dollars to the price of the because I didn' have a trade in vehicle . Dirty I will not buy another GM vehicle after 3 Malibu's and 2 Camaro.
