Price Scamming I recently went to test drive a new Silverado that I saw on cars.com and their website. The advertised price was $33,999. When I went to the dealership, they tried to sell it to me for $37,800. That was “the lowest the would go”. When I reached out to the sales manager after I left, I couldn’t even get him to answer the phone or repeated emails. Dishonest and untruthful!!

Chevy Traverse RS We confirmed the online price before we went to the dealership. Jessica Catalan our sales person confirmed the price and once we got there it stayed the same. So there was no bait and switch. She was very honest and made sure we got the best deal on our trade-in and on the new car. I would recommend Friendly Chevrolet to friends and family.

Very Disappointed I bought a car here... you probably shouldn’t. I am very disappointed with the leadership at Friendly Chevy. Everything about this transaction was difficult. I dealt with 2 directors and have no doubt they are influencing the entire staff to do business in the same deceiving manner. bait and switch don’t even This dealership doesn’t honor their advertised price. They intentionally break the Law set by the Federal Trade Commission. Scammers is the word.

Werner, I certainly apologize that we were unable to advertise last week's advertised price on Cars.com. Chevrolet had an additional incentive on several vehicles that ended on Monday August 12th. We agree that this is confusing to customers but we can only follow the guidelines that our OEM gives us for their product.
