Bassil ******* is a sales man at friendly. I told him what truck I was looking for and he told me it was in stock. I told him I was over an hour away. After driving an hour and 45 min to get there, he wouldn’t come see me. Instead he had some girl ask me if I was interested in 2 different trucks. My husband and I purchased a car at Friendly 9/26/22 I signed a document called a "We owe Delivery Confirmation". It basically states that we are purchasing this vehicle and they would fix 3 wheel will parts on our vehicle. We took the car in to get fixed last week on 10/19/22 and we received the car back today 10/28/22. The company only fixed 2 wheel wills out of the 3. They said the 3rd one was "too complicated". Loving my new Camaro absolutely an all around great buying experience . They gave me a great trade in value for my truck, were straight forward and didn't try and tack on a bunch off hidden fees. I will certainly be back.

I damaged my car from potholes, taking to this location, friendly service back in Dec. 2021 and have been going and forward since. I have not had my car for a full month.... Mr. Doug replace parts that didn't need replacement and repair technician didn't know how to put these parts installed back in the car. They had my car a month at times and I picked the car up and a-day or two later I have to take it back because something they replace or repaired, so they say.... They're either scammers or just careless Have gone here for recalls, car washes, state inspection and even help when my engine splash shield fell off. Went back and forth with State Farm to get my car repaired here after an accident, which took 8 weeks for me to get back, and finally went to pay and pick up my car. I don't give reviews, I gave this one Oh dealerships suck, except for this one... I don't know why sewel runs those commercials, this is the only dealership I've ever had a good experience that and I've had about 10 of them. ..and Big Lou Labarbera in the service department has the thing timeliness and following through on everything you said. A+ Mark it down dude

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS There is nothing "Friendly" about this dealership. The worst Experience I have dealt with at a Dealership. I was sold on false pretense that a new Truck I purchase was in "Transit" defined as in the vehicle is in route, on the way, arriving soon. This Was the 1st Lie. 3 Months Later to date still no truck. 2nd Lie, our Sales Rep said the dealership will pay our 1st Payment if it doesn't arrive before the loan payment due date. took my car to frindly to be repaird and never cold get throughon the phone and find out whats going on with my car. they even lost my car and was told that my car was not on the lot. they sit there and monitor the calls they have caller ID put you on hold till it hangs up on you. When they do answer it give me your phone nuber and i will have someone call you back soon but never do. Ijust want my car fix and given back to me.
Worst service department Took my SSR in for repairs, they had it a month and I get it back and it died while driving. Took in for minor repairs and I believe they are actually damaging other things every time in. Also way overcharge, charged me $1000 for a heater hose I found online for $110. Total rip offs!!! Took it back again, and they said I needed a new battery. Just paid to have a new one installed. Major scam artists!!!! Also won’t return calls , texts or emails.
