MISLEAD. FALSE AD. LIED TO. DISCRIMINATION Drove 3 hours to get a truck I searched for all over Texas, talked about it to the Salesman for a few days and we had everything finalized. Unfortunately, especially on a Saturday, vehicles that were available that morning are not available that afternoon. New vehicle dealer adds Stopped by last week to look at 2018 Silverado's. Trade in price was fair but the dealer add on items - nitrogen - tint - etc were priced around $900. Was informed they were not negotiable. Sorry but factory tint and regular air works for me. Still deciding if I want to make the drive back to give a trade one more chance.

They tried to sell my wife a “loaner” for 53,000$ Tried to sell my wife a “loaner” had a dent in passenger side, scratches on rim and rim missing center cap. Did I forget they wanted 53,000$!! For truck that was advertised at 31,000!! Never!!

Bait and switch My experience with Friendly defines the notion of bait and switch! they marketed a new car on cars.com for $15,520. I went to the dealership, drove the car and said that I wanted to purchase it. My price, however, was not $15,520! My price was $16,999 because I wasn't financing through their financial arm and I wasn't making a trade! OMG! This experience was just terrible!!
