Awesome experience in getting my Mazda speed 6 serviced and work done. Brian is an awesome person. Joshua is the master of mazdas. His workmanship expertise and cheerful attitude and suggestions are impressive. He is well known in DFW as an expert in Mazdas. This helped a lot with the transmission service and he treats all cars as his own.
Albeit coming informed about what price to buy the new car and what is my bottom dollar for my trade and then informing them that this is the deal and no negotiations, they wanted to do the typical waste my time process of negotiating. I walked out and then conducted my business via email and they finally caught on. Then I had to wait forever to give them my money with the finance manager. Then the dealer prep was awful by not checking the car as I found wheel scratches and bumper scratches. They at least gave me a loaner ca... read more

The deal could have been better, if the original sales agent or someone had checked the screen for sunroof. I discovered it did not work a few days after purchasing the vehicle, and was told it was nothing I could do. I wish I had been offered to bring it in to be checked out. That is big investment and I that was the least they could do. I do realize that it was an as is deal, however that would have been nice. I only had it 3 days and never tried to close/use it before the then.

To the point discussion, straight forward and transparent about the maintenance requirements vs “recommendations”.. Service has always been good, car inside and outside is clean and spotless 🙂. Pretty busy too - had to wait about 3 hrs for a regular 35k service - but then that rush is probably a statement of their service quality being better.
