Service was awesome! My rating of 1 was for Thaddeus and Trent. Salvador actually listened to us and offered us a discount because of our experience with Trent and Thaddeus. We owned the vehicle for less than a month and only drove 419 miles. Thaddeus was ride and unprofessional when we told him about the issues we were experiencing with the Tucson and he said... AS IS....... We thought we found a new dealership to buy our cars. Thaddeus also promised to call us with service plan but never did. We wanted to go ahead and buy ... read more
