AJ was our service pro today. He was on time; answered all of our questions; put in a new air filter for us and took all of the " extra packaging" with him . Would be happy to have him every time we need service!
We are a new customer with Fred's Heating and Air. Jordan was out to do our spring service. He he called ahead, was very thorough, and professional. It is so hard to find reliable companies these days in the service industries. So, it's nice to know that we have someone reliable to call that we trust!
We just completed getting our air conditioners and furnaces (3 each) changed out. This was a big job and at every turn Fred's service team did extremely well in letting us know what was happening each day so that we could see the progress being made. Bryan, Dakota, Erv, and our Sales Rep Dave keep us well informed. Throughout the process this team gave us a lot of confidence in meeting timelines. The service person, Nate, who did my winter check was a very professional and friendly person and I enjoyed having him in my home.
