2 technicians showed up and went to work quickly. They did a through job and also took time to adjust my zone cooling I’m so glad I switched to Fred’s
First time using Fred’s and will definitely use in future. The office staff and technician Jose were both friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Resolved my AC issue same day.
As always excellent customer service from the first call into the office and from when they leave my house. Jose did a wonderful AC inspection / maintenance check. He was very thorough. I had Jim in the past and I can say the same for him . I would not call anyone else for my HVAC service. Thank you so much!

Brad came to our house well within the appointment window on November 4, 2021, and called us ahead of time before his arrival. He worked very quickly, and was able to answer all of my questions. His suggestions for our hvac maintenance sounded reasonable and well within our family's budget. We would definitely recommend Fred's to our neighbors.

I had Fred's come out for a second opinion when another company told me the furnace and AC both needed to be replaced. Dan the technician called me and kept me in the loop throughout the time he was at the property. He reviewed the notes from the previous company, inspected the units and confirmed both were in working order and did NOT need replacement, saving my client $7000-9000. I will be recommending Fred's in the future!
We have used Fred's HVAC twice a year to service our furnace and A/C ever since they installed it about 10 years ago. They are always professional and courteous and do a thorough job. Andy did the service today and he has been here several times before and he always does a great job and is friendly and professional. Thanks Andy!
