Full disclosure: We have a service agreement with Fred's, and have had for several years. That said, I called Fred's on a Saturday evening (06/06/20), and they called the following morning (Sunday) at 7:00 am, said they'd be there between 9:00 and noon. Their serviceman - Mike - showed up at 9:00 am, diagnosed the problem (it was a clogged filter - oops, my bad), cleaned our system and was out by 10:00 am. Fred’s Heating and Air has very knowledgeable personnel. We had a problem with our thermostat and called Fred’s Heating and Air. They sent one of their technicians, Miguel to our home and he answered all of my questions and showed me all the things the technical thermostat could do.
