Waking up to a cold house with no heat is not the best way to start your day. But from the moment I called Fred's Heating and Air I knew I was in good hands. Our technician Nate, was great! He was polite, professional and just an all around wonderful guy. He explained the problem, and had us up and running within 2 hours. We truly cant say thank you enough. We'd recommend them to anyone. Again, thank you Nate and Fred's.
Fred's was quick on a super cold day when we had been put on a waiting list with one company and another company wanted to charge $130 for that day's visit because it was a peak time... A co-worker recommended Fred's & they were golden from beginning to end. They came that same day at the time frame we requested. Matt has been our “go to” service tech at Fred’s Heating & Air for several years! FABULOUS service! When he called to let me know he was on his way, he asked which furnace (we have 2) was the problem. He knew immediately which one it was in our house.....even by brand! He’s very thorough, professional, efficient, and personable! We don’t want anyone else working on our HVAC!
Nate E was the service pro that came out to run a diagnosis on the heating system in my home. There was an issue with balanced airflow and heating between the 2 levels of the residence.I found Nate to be professional, polite and patient. He took the time to expalin the various troubleshooting methods and he came up with a solution to the problem. It is refreshing to work with technicians that are knowledgable and logical problem solvers. I would not hesitate recommend Nate E and Fred's Heating and Air anytime.
Nate arrived at our home promptly at the appointment time. He got straight to work on the seasonal check on our furnace. He was professional and efficient. He is a wonderful asset to your company.
Technician Mikey was the Fred's Tech who checked the viability of the current furnace in my home. He did a thorough check of the furnace in providing a second requested opinion on the status of the furnace. He explained the challenge with some of the internal damage of the unit. AJ was the service rep. Great work! Timely, professional, courteous,, efficient! Patiently explained the thermostat settings to me. I went to Fred's about 4 years ago and won't go anywhere else!
Had to make a last minute change in service schedule because of the drop in outside temps & Fred's sent AJ within a couple of hours to do the summer cleaning & winter tune up. He was efficient & fastidious & courteous.
