Andy C. was my technician who came out to do a seasonal check on the furnace. He was super professional and answered my many pesky questions--he really taught me a lot this morning about furnace operation and the right filters to use. I've used many companies over the years, and it was refreshing to have a technician work on my furnace who actually enjoyed what he was doing and did such a thorough job! RecommendedHad furnace issues at 2:30am and called Fred’s emergency line. Technician was at our house in 40 minutes and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Great experience!
We live out of the city and our driveway is steep and long and when they came it was very icy they had to walk up many times to get the job done. The furnace is working great. Thank you Fred's.
Highly recommended! Andy came out about two hours after I called the company on a very cold day with furnace problems. He was giving me a second opinion and fixed the problem within a hour, which the other company had told me I needed a whole new furnace. More importantly he cared about my family and house's safety. Thank you!!!!
Fred's replaced our residential furnace on time and with commendable professionalism. They were very respectful in they way they treated my family and our property. Everything was cleaned up and removed without any incidents. They also called for a free follow up inspection to insure everything was functioning properly.
