We have been using Fred's Heating & Air for years, they have always exceeded expectations for us. Recently we had a filtration system added, it makes a big difference in the amount of dust in the air. Andy C. Called prior to arrival. Scheduled 1:00 - 5:00 and arrived timely at approx 2:15. Got to work and completed fall tune up with no issues. Andy reviewed all work before leaving and did and excellent job.
Andy C. called in advance of the appointment, and arranged to come earlier in the day, which was very helpful! Andy C was professional, courteous, and friendly. Worked efficiently and completed the service call in a timely manner. We have used Fred's Heating and Air for several years now, and will continue to call them first.

Very pleased with Andrew and his work on our aging AC unit. He discovered a huge mouse nest in the unit, cleaned it out, spliced and taped chewed wires, and had our unit running perfectly. He was very friendly, and took care to clean up. If all of their techs are like Andrew, no wonder so many of our neighbors use Fred's Heating and Air. We recommend them highly.
Jason arrived when he said he would (following a courtesy call), did the maintenance in pleasant, skilled and efficient manner. I was also very happy with the people who scheduled my appointments and helped with rescheduling. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
