Excellent service, responsive, solved problem quickly and price was reasonable.
Great customer service!!! Tom M. was my tech and did not leave until he figured out the problem with my air conditioner!!! The other company I called came out cleaned out the unit (poorly) and left. I would recommend Fred's to anyone who needs their furnace or air conditioner serviced. I am actually going to call them tomorrow to see about possibly replacing my whole system!!!
Top notch service pro. Very personable and knowledgeable on the unit. I always have trouble with rodents in my outside unit. No one else until this visit did anyone have a solution or idea on how to stop this from happening. His type of thinking should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you for your excellent service.

The same day response time was fantastic! Onsite service was excellent and he had everything he needed with him to get us back to "cool" quickly! Awesome experience!!!

Great company. Rick S was most helpful in getting our part covered under warranty. He finished the work in a timely manner. We have a rental house also, and they were able to schedule those appointments back to back so we were all finished in one morning. Would highly recommend Fred's Heating and Air!
