I needed what I thought was going to be a new heat pump. Their salesman Dave M. came out to the house and looked at my needs and what I really needed and suggested a new AC instead of a heat pump. Explained both the pros and cons without pushing either, let me decide. Took care of all the paperwork to include a rebate from OPPD I was not aware of. In a matter of days were out to install the new AC and did a fantastic job. I am very impressed with everything they did. I would highly recommend!

In the past I found some Heating and Air service providers grossly overcharging for services rendered and the consumer unaware they were overcharged sometimes by hundreds of dollars. I have always been a hands on person and recognized this and looking for a Honest service provider being tired of the debate when I received the invoice. Nate with Fred's heating and Air came out to service my two furnaces. He was very professional and thorough with his work. At the end he explained his annual service program that I happily signed up for. I would highly recommend Nate for your next service call. This is the first review I have ever posted.
Mikey provided great service. He was honest, thorough and told us everything he was doing so there were no surprises. Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend Fred's and Mikey.
Just had my HVAC looked at by Nate over at Fred's Heating and Air. What a good job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it.
